Article 1: Product information
The products commercialized on www.USBfactory.ch are various USB Flash Drives sticks which are made or not, custom markings, with or without preloaded content, based on the information provided by the client. USBfactory.ch also sells various marketing and promotional materials. The customer who wishes to reproduce a specific logo or document for his usb flash drive, has to declare all legal rights. USBFactory will therefore hold no responsibility towards that client.
USBfactory reserves the right to refuse any order that is contrary to the texts and laws applicable in Switzerland. In this case, the customer will be informed. USBfactory also reserves the right to cancel any pass for press if the customer does not manifest himself after 3 weeks, or pay the amount owned to its fullest.

Article 2: Pricing and billing
Product prices are all listed in CHF and exclude taxes. They do not include delivery charges.USBfactory.ch reserves the right to change its selling price at any time. However, no price change will be made after the order. The customer is assured that when placing an order, the amount stated will be the amount applied.

Article 3A: Delivery
Deliveries are made within an average of 2 to 3 weeks after order. In any event, the delivery time cannot exceed 30 days from the order confirmation. The products travel under the responsibility of USBfactory and its carriers. It belongs to the client, on receipt of goods to verify the content and condition, and to make any claims that may appear justified (damage, missing product, damaged package, broken product...)
In any case of error or delivery problem, an exchange or a refund will be issued.

Article 3B: Delivery Problems
Any claim must necessarily be noticed to usbfactory.ch with the client’s signature. The customer must confirm to USB Active-Ravanne his claim within 2 (two) working days from the date of delivery, by email to info@usbfactory.ch and by mail, by including the receipt, addressing the claim to:

Any claims made beyond this time will be rejected. If the claim is accepted, the customer will be offered a new shipment of the order or a refund of the merchandise.br />

Article 4: Availability.
The products are subject to availability. If a product shortage or a stock supply issue lasts more than 30 (thirty) days, we will suggest another product to the customer. If not interested, we will proceed to the cancellation of the order. As a possible backorder is beyond our control, USBfactory’s responsibility will not be engaged. USBfactory will not be held accountable for any delay or failure in delivery due to a shortage, a delay or failure to supply by the supplier, a case of force majeure, a strike at its supplier or its carrier, any intermediate or its employees, or in case of disruption of postal services, transport, communications, or in case of flood, fire or other accidental cause.

Article 5: Payments.
For an amount not exceeding 1500 CHF, products are payable within 30 days. For more than 1500 CHF or a first order, an advance of 30% is required.

Article 6: Responsibilities .
USBfactory shall not be liable for consequential damages, or losses of all kinds (financial, marketing, image, data, information, etc.) resulting from the use or the total or partial inability to use that product.

Article 7: Intellectual property .
The website www.usbfactory.ch and its components are protected. No reproduction is permitted without prior express authorization.

Article 8: Protection of private data.
The relative data of the customer collected on this site by USBfactory are ordained to him.
