What are the required steps of your order ?
1 - Get your order done.
(Quantity, capacity, model, logo, packaging, etc.)
2 - Pass for Press, validation.
3 - Start of production.
4 - Allow a 3 to 4 weeks delivery.
What is the minimum order quantity ?
We produce flash drives from 25 or more items.
What is the required format for the printing data ?
For an optimum printing, we need to receive your files in vectorials formats (.ai, .eps, .pdf).
How can I make sure all the USB flash drives function?
All flash drives are checked before shipping. However, if a product is defective, please contact us, stating the nature of the defect. We will send a new one to you on short notice.
Please note that all our models are under warranty for a full year against any type of manufactured defect.
What kind of data can the USB flash drives store ?
You can encrypt any kind of content on your flash drive.
Our products are Mac OS / Windows compatible.
What is the estimated delivery time ?
3 to 4 weeks from the start of production.
5 to 6 weeks for more than 1000 items
How are the USB flash drives packaged ?
By default, flash drives come in a simple box.
You can also have them packed in elegant metallic cases or any other cases of your choice (ask for an estimate).
